Job description

– Manage and assign work to employees
– Follow the employee’s CV daily
– Handle complaints from customers and NCC
– Review customer information to ensure that customers are supported in the day
– Review Deal, work with sales reminders renewal
– Confirmation of refund in accordance with regulations
– Professional training, skills for sales staff.
